Laura Vega Santana
(born on 18th April 1978 in Vecindario, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain). Composer, oboist, pianist, teacher. Her first studies were carried out at the Municipal Music School in Vecindario where she started studying composition, harmony and counterpoint. At Las Palmas Music Conservatory she studied piano and composition with Sergio Daniel Alonso and Xavier Roca Zoghbi. She completed the High Degree in piano, music theory and composition. Also earned the oboe professional degree with Francisco Crespo. Realiced extensive studies in composition with José Luis Delás at the Alcalá de Henares University and José María Sánchez-Verdú at the "Soto Mesa" Music School in Madrid. Several works have been recorded for the labels RALS and piccolo. She has taught at the Santa Lucia Music School, in Las Palmas Music Conservatory and since 2003 is a harmony and counterpoint professor at the Canary Islands Music Conservatory. Currently completing a PhD at La Laguna University. Since January 2008 is PROMUSCAN president.

Leontina Vukomanović Pat
(Poţarevac, 13th November, 1970), pop singer, composer and songwriter. After initial studies in Poţarevac, and at the Josip Slavenski Music High School in Belgrade, she entered the department of music pedagogy in the Faculty of Music in Belgrade. Her professional career as a musician began in 1986, when she published her first compositions. As a composer and songwriter she achieved popular success in the national competition for the Eurovision song contests in 1991 and 1992 and at the MESAM and Beogradesko Proleće Festivals. In 1992 she began to write for children, children’s festivals and television and in 1996 released her album Nemiri winning first prize in the Sunčane Skale Festival. All her successive projects have achieved acclaim, winning first prizes in all the major national festivals. She also represented Serbia at the Eurovision song contest in Istanbul in 2004 with Lane moje (she wrote the lyrics). Her songs are performed by the leading regional performers: Toše Proeski, Ţeljko Joksimović, Marija Šerifović, Bojan Marović, Boris Rezak, Ognjan Radivojević and others. As a singer, composer and song-writer she has published four albums: Nemiri (1996), Ljubav bez ljubavi (1998), Sledeća (2001), i Platinum collection (2010), and three albums for children, Leontina za decu (1998), Leontina i Ivana - pesme za decu (2007), i Najveći hitovi hora Čarolija (2009). Since 2006, she is vice president of the SOKOJ (National Copyrights Agency) and since 2009 a member of the board of the Belgrade Jazz Festival.
Liis Viira
(born in 1983 in Estonia) composer, harpist and improviser. In 2009 she graduated with a MA in harp performance, under Eda Peäske, from the Estonian Academy of Theatre and Music. At same time, she furthered her training in composition with Helena Tulve and studied electronic music with the Margo Kõlar. She has studied improvisation with Taavi Kerikmäe and Anto Pett. She performs improvised music on a regular basis. In addition to Estonia, Liis Viira's works have been performed in Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Russia, Denmark, Italy and Austria. She has performed her compositions herself on harp and piano. At present Liis Viira is a freelance composer. She plays harp with the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra and is a member of the new music ensemble Una Corda (harp, kannel and harpsichord). From autumn 2012 she will be studied at Estonian Academy of Arts animation department to go further with her interest of developing musical and visual compositions together. She has written different works: Pendulum, Chaco is "little brother" from piece Chaconne with 50 variations from ensemble and Stella Maris Upon the Sea, dedicated to Kristi Mühling
