Claire Vazart
(born in 1964, Grenoble), pianist, jazz woman composer. She studied classical music: piano and music theory at the conservatory of Grenoble, where she won the Regional Price SACEM fugue in 1988. Meanwhile, she managed aggregation musicology in 1989 and completed her university studies by obtaining an DEA (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies) in Language, literature and French civilization entitled « De l'écriture musicale à la création picturale: interactions et influences chez Paul Klee ». In 1992, she began training in jazz piano, composition and arrangement, first at the Jazz Department of Chambery, then at the Humber College in Toronto (Canada) where she worked with saxophonist Pat La Barbera and the Cuban pianists Canadian Hilario Duran and Brian Dickinson. In 2000, the meeting of the quintet Hora Cero Toulouse whose repertoire focuses on the work of Astor Piazzolla was crucial and led her to intensify her compositional work, the quintet interpreted several of her works on the national scene. Her work lies at the crossroads of jazz, tango and contemporary music. Her professional versatility allows her to write the educational pieces, the music scene, or the contemporary repertoire as diverse as the children's choir trainings, the classical trio or the big band. In 2006, she was in residence at the Conservatory of Grenoble who commissioned her the concertino for piano. Winner of the competition A Coeur Joie / Ministry of Culture in 2003 for work at 5 polyphonic voices on a text by Paul Eluard, she won the second prize in composition in the XII International Tournament of Music in Rome in 2006 for her solo piano piece called Pile ou Face.

Consuelo Valcarce Burgos
(born on 27th December 1934 in Málaga, Spain). Composer. She graduated in Philosophy in 1959. As a composer she writes fundamentally works for voice with piano accompaniment.

Cristina Vilallonga
(born on 22nd April 1972 in Barcelona, Spain). Composer, writer and singer. She completed her studies in various countries: in the United States where she studied at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, obtaining a degree (cum laude) in composition; in Paris, where she studied composition and orchestration at the Russian Academy of the Salle Pleyel under Yuri Galpierin; in Barcelona at the Modern Music and Jazz School. She has composed an opera, chamber music, dance pieces, symphonic works and shortfilm, video art, movies (El Domini dels Sentits by María Ripoll, El Sistema by Robert Hein, de Antoni Salgot), and television series. Currently, she works as a composer, singer producer and musical director.
