Silvia Mª. Olivero Anarte

(born in 1975 in Málaga, Spain). Composer and conductor. She studied at the Superior Conservatory of Málaga gaining Higher degrees of Solfeggio, Harmony, Counterpoint and Composition and Conducting. A part of her work has been released in the cycle "Los lunes en el conservatorio" performed by the Symphony Orchestra of Málaga and during the cycles of contemporary music organized by the Conservatory of Music in Malaga (2001- 2005), where she also participated, as speaker. As a conductor she has conducted the Melilla Symphony Orchestra, the Chamber Orchestra of the Complutense University of Madrid, the Chamber Orchestra of the University of Málaga, Moldova Philharmonic Orchestra, among others. Likewise she has conducted vocal groups like Coral Santa Maria de la Victoria in Malaga, the Choir of the Complutense University of Madrid and the Choir of St. Mary Major Padula (Granada) in Santander.
