Elif Bleda
Pianist and composer of Turkish descent was born in Bonn, Germany, 1977 and finished her musical studies at Conservatoire F. Poulenc in Paris with high honors. At the same time, she studied “Communication” at the Sorbonne-Nouvelle University focusing on musical communication, semiology of music and applying phenomenology to “musical listening”. Her master thesis was based on the perception and listening experience of contemporary music. Meanwhile, she had the opportunity to make several soundtracks for short movies. Back in Turkey in 2007, she achieved a second master degree on Sound Engineering and Design at MİAM, Istanbul Technical University Center of Advanced Studies in Music. She gave Western Music History lessons at the University of Bogaziçi and is still giving piano lessons at the French music school (EFMİ ). She is the owner of the music production company Tricks and composes for plays, movies, and advertisements.
