What kind of music do you compose and create?

I'm interested mainly mixed music (electroacoustic music together with traditional acoustic instruments, modulating these sounds in real time). My work tries to investigate into new sound worlds, collaborate with other artistic disciplines and I care about new formats in the presentation of my music

At international level the persistence of gender inequalities and discrimination against women who write and compose music has been denounced. What sort of difficulties, discrimination or inequalities have you faced in your professional life?

I can say that in terms of possibilities to program my works , I have not experienced major differences with other composers and I've managed to find enthusiastic performers who collaborated with my musical ideas .

What do you think could be done to give more help to women working as composers, songwriters and creators of music?

The first help that ì women composers would propose that programmers include ALWAYS in concert , works by women of all time , including composers of all time . Also as women perhaps , we should not accept that our music is programmed without any compensation , or inscription to the Performing Rights, lack of care, protected , or published and / or sold continuously. I think these days women composers have more obligations to care for their own work , especially coming from the history that all we know .
